As of November 8th, online orders* received through October 19th have shipped or are shipping immediately including international orders and back orders.  Orders received on and since October 19th and received by midnight November 9th are scheduled to ship this coming week with deliveries beginning on November 15th (allow through November 22nd to receive them). Allow an extra week for non-US orders.

Orders with Aunt Martha products on back order have also shipped.  This includes D787 Painting Hoops, M300 Tip & Brush Cleaning Solvent, and ALL patterns that were back ordered with previously shipped orders.  IF you do not receive your back order by November 17th, please drop us an email (best because it gives us a record of your contact) or fax or phone us.  Do not forget to give us your name and method of order placement.  Since we do NOT charge the online orders, we do NOT need your PayPal transaction number and cannot use it in any way.  But we DO need your NAME and ORDER METHOD.

Do forget to allow an extra week for US orders for your shipment reach you and two weeks for international orders.

* Note: We ARE working through a sudden shortage of basic Cameo colors but expect to ship orders of those by November 15th.

Check your PayPal account and the original transaction in your listings for shipment info on your order.  All were posted by end of business, Saturday, November 8th.

IF you paid directly by credit or debit card (through PayPal cart system): Check your email for your shipment confirmation from the PayPal system. IF your order was shipped and you do not receive it by November 15th, please contact your local post office for a package from FPC International using the shipment confirmation number supplied in your message from PayPal OR click the link provided.  The postal service may have left you a pick up notice and it got lost or put into the wrong mailbox.  Please check with them BEFORE contacting us.  Allow an extra week for non-US orders.

IF your order (made by October 19th) was placed by MAIL, PHONE, or FAX and not received by November 15th, please contact us: 1-308-874-3333 (noon to midnight MST) and we will track it or confirm it for you.  Please note that orders sent by First Class Mail will take longer and the US Postal Service requires a wait of one month for delivery before packages can be claimed lost.

Ten inch Hoops and other back orders HAVE SHIPPED!  IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE NOTICE OF SHIPMENT, CHECK FOR YOUR NAME HERE:  The following offline orders and back orders were also shipped:  P. However, please note that not all catalog orders have been filled.  We temporarily ran out of the special ink required, but those ARE viewable and/or printed online from: http://www.cameopaints.com/pricelists.htmUnless you pre-paid for the printed catalog set, you may not receive before the holidays so be sure to get it online.

Unfortunately, we cannot rush shippers once they have your package.  However, we do everything humanly and legally possible to ship your order as soon as possible.  Settlement of your payment is required before shipment.  This includes checks and direct card payments and takes one week or more.

*Small domestic USA orders (under $50 USD) are mailed by First Class mail where possible and all others by US Priority Mail.  International orders go by Air Parcel Post unless Global Priority is more appropriate (under 4 lbs). All US orders went out by US Mail (most by Priority) unless you requested another carrier.

Please note that we try to process and ship every order within one week of receiving the order and within a couple of days of processing order payment, but you still need to allow time for delivery by carriers.  If you do not receive your order within 4 weeks of ordering, please [contact us] so we can check for a lost shipment or apprise you of back-orders and back-ordered items (there is no automated notification system for back-orders at this time).
